We covered off on the NSW DLG's Capital Expenditure Guidelines (as released by them in Dec 2010) in the February edition of LG "Debits & Credits" for 2011.
As part of that article, we provided a snapshot/"ready reckoner" of the requirements for Councils - both in house steps & reporting obligations (to the DLG).
